BONBLE is a free English guide and map of Korean saunas, jjimjilbangs and bathhouses, run by 주식회사 하잎랩. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Information about places
Hours, prices, tattoo rules and other details come from public data, the places themselves and visitors, and can change without notice. We do our best to keep them right, but please check with the place before you go. We are not responsible for the services of the places listed.
Your posts
When you post a review or community message, you confirm it's your own honest experience and you let us show it on BONBLE. No spam, ads, hate, personal details of others or anything illegal. We may remove posts that break these rules.
Shop and pre-orders
Products on the BONBLE shop are sold by 주식회사 하잎랩. Checkout and payment run on Shopify. These shop terms follow the Korea Fair Trade Commission's standard e-commerce terms (표준약관 제10023호) and Korean consumer protection law. If anything here differs from that law, the law wins.
- Your order. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order with false or missing details. If you are under 19, you can cancel a purchase made without a parent or guardian's consent.
- Pre-orders and delivery. Pre-order items ship when the batch is ready; the expected date is shown on the product and in your confirmation. If we can't deliver, for example because an item sells out or production fails, we'll tell you right away and refund what you paid within 3 business days.
- Changing your mind. You can cancel and return an item within 7 days of receiving it (or of your order confirmation, if that comes later).
- When a return isn't possible. An item can't be returned if it was lost or damaged through your fault (opening the box to check it is fine), if using it greatly reduced its value, or if time has made it unsellable. We will always say so clearly on the product before you buy.
- Not as described. If an item is different from what we showed or promised, you can return it within 3 months of receiving it, or within 30 days of noticing the problem, whichever comes first.
- Refunds. We refund you within 3 business days of getting the item back, to the original payment method. You pay return shipping when you change your mind; we pay it when the item was faulty or not as described. We never charge a penalty for a cancellation.
- Problems and disputes. Email us first and we'll do our best to sort it out quickly. You can also ask for mediation by a dispute settlement body designated by the Korea Fair Trade Commission. These terms are governed by Korean law, and a court case goes to the court for your address in Korea (or the court set by the Korean Civil Procedure Act if you live abroad).

The BONBLE name, logo, characters, articles and design belong to 주식회사 하잎랩. Photos are credited to their owners (Google Maps contributors, the Korea Tourism Organization and others) and stay theirs.
