Who we are

BONBLE (bonbleseoul.com) is run by 주식회사 하잎랩 (서울특별시 서초구 서초대로74길 29, 5층 505호 (서초동, 서초파라곤)). Questions about your data: bonble@bonbleseoul.com.

What we collect

• No account needed. We don't ask for your name, email or phone to use the map or guides.
• Saved spots (“in my soak era”) stay on your own device, in your browser. We never receive them.
• Reviews and community posts: the nickname, country and text you choose to post are stored and shown publicly. Please don't post personal details.
• Shop launch list: if you leave your email on the shop page, we use it only to tell you when pre-orders open, then you can ask us to delete it.
• Basic usage counts: which pages and spots are viewed, saved and reviewed, so we can rank them. To limit repeat counting we keep a one-way hashed version of your IP address, not the address itself.
• Your location, only if you tap “find spots near me”. It is used in your browser to centre the map and is not stored by us.

Services we use

• Google Maps Platform shows the map and place photos. Google may process your IP address and device data under its own privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts the site and gives us anonymous visit statistics (no cookies, no personal profile), and our database provider stores reviews, posts and the counts above.
• Shopify handles pre-orders. When you order, Shopify collects the payment and shipping details needed to deliver it.

How long we keep it

Reviews and posts stay until you ask us to remove them or we take them down. Usage counts are kept only as totals.

Your choices

You can clear your saved spots by clearing your browser data. To have a review or post removed, or to ask what we hold, email us and we'll reply as soon as we can.
